12:00pm - 6:00pm - Pre Event Race Pack Collection - Merchandise and Race Packs from Carman's HQ - *11 Hume Street, Huntingdale Vic 3166
All participants who collect their race pack at Carman’s Kitchen Store will get one complimentary Carman’s product and a PURE Sports gel. Plus, to add some more delight to your day – all runners, their family and friends, can enjoy 20% off all Carman’s products at the Store when they collect their kit.
*If you have received your bib in the post, you can pick your gel up from the bib collection days at Carman's Head office or on race weekend.

10:00am - 4:00pm - Pre Event Race Pack Collection - Merchandise and Race Packs from Elsternwick Park. You will receive a complementary PURE Sports Gel when you pick up your Race Pack!
5:45am -Event Village Opens - merchandise and race pack collection
6:45am - Half marathon Wave A and priority (finish race in under 2 hours)
6:50am - Half marathon Wave B (finish race between 2 hours and 2 hours 15 mins)
6:55am - Half marathon Wave C (finish race in over 2 hours 15 mins)
8:30am - 10K Wave A and Priority (finish race in under 60 mins)
8:35am - 10K Wave B (finish race between 60 and 75 mins)
8:40am -10KWave C (finish race in over 75 mins)
9:30am - 5K Priority and Race A (finish race in under 30 min)
9:35am - 5K Wave B (finish race in over 30 min)
10:00am -Pink Lady 5K Walk starts
10:30am - Presentation of top 3 finishers (Half Marathon, 10K, 5K)
11:00am -All events road closure
1:00pm -Event concludes
WHAT'S ON
Enjoy live entertainment in the event village pre and post race, as well as on course entertainment to keep you motivated while racing.
Relax post event with a massage, enjoy our chill zone and free group cool down yoga for stretching.
Keep the kids entertained in the family zone, where there will be plenty of kids' activities available.
Hang around post race for coffee and food from our vendors.
Shop at the BCNA merchandise stand and Sole Motive Race Ready Store.
Take race day snaps at the photo wall. Tag @solemotive and #CarmansFunRun2026 to go in the draw to win some great prizes.
Spend time in BCNA’s Mini Field of Women and write a tribute to someone you love who has been affected by breast cancer.
