An AIMS-certified, fast, flat out-and-back along St Kilda Street and Beach Road. Pass Middle Brighton Sea Baths and the Dendy Street bathing boxes before turning at Hampton and finishing inside Elsternwick Park.

This is for priority runners aiming to finish the race in under 40mins.
8:32am - Wave A
This is for runners aiming to finish the race between 40mins - 60mins.
8:35am - Wave B
This is for runners aiming to finish the race between 61mins - 70mins.
8:40am - Wave C
This is for runners aiming to finish the race in over 70mins.
If participants do not make 5km by 9.55am road cut off time they will be allowed to complete the course on the footpaths.
10K road cut off: 11:00am
On course First Aid is located at 2.5K, 7.5K and at the finish line.
On course toilets is located at 2.5K, 7.5K and at the finish line.
Water is located at 2.5K,5K, 7.5K and at the finish line.
Sport drink is located at 5K and at the finish line.
The Event Guide will be available closer to the event.
Clothing storage is available during the run/walk. Your race number features a tear-off strip for you to attach to your backpack or clothing bag. Do not leave any valuables in your bag as we cannot accept responsibility for valuables lost or stolen.
Yes, placegetters will be awarded based on gun time rather than the adjusted time for each run (net time). Trophies and prizes will be presented to participants post-race.
