COURSE MAP
The 5.4km course starts on King George Terrace, following the first 5km of the Canberra Times Marathon course.
The 5.4km course takes in the sights of Old Parliament House and Parliament house before running past Questacon to get to Queen Elizabeth Terrace. Queen Elizabeth Terrace will take you alongside Lake Burley Griffin and past National Flag Display before turning into Parkes Place East. This stretch will take you past the High Court of Australia, National Gallery of Australia and National Portrait Gallery before the final push down the finish line.

Clothing storage
Clothing storage is available during the run/walk. Your race number features a tear-off strip for you to attach to your backpack or clothing bag. Do not leave any valuables in your bag as we cannot accept responsibility for valuables lost or stolen.
We no longer offer single-use plastic bags at the bag drop, so please remember to bring your own bag to the event.
Clothes left on barriers at start line
All clothes that have been left on barriers at the start line will be collected and donated to charity.
Will there be an awards ceremony at the end of the event and how will the top 3 place getters be awarded?
Yes, place getters will be awarded based on gun time rather than the adjusted time for each run (net time). Trophies and prizes will be presented to participants post-race.
NOTE: Age group medals will be posted to the Top 3 placegetters in the following age groups 2-3 weeks after the event.
