6:15am: Event Village Opens
EVENT SCHEDULE
6:15am -Event Village Opens - merchandise and race pack collection
7:15am - Half marathon Wave A and priority (finish race in under 2 hours)
7:20am - Half marathon Wave B (finish race between 2 hours and 2 hours 15 mins)
9:00am - Brooks 10K & 5K Wave A and Priority (race pace of under 6 min per km)
9:10am - Brooks 10K & 5K Wave B (race pace between 6-7 min per km)
9:05am -Brooks 10K & 5K Wave C (race pace over 7 min per km)
10:15am -Pink Lady 5K Walk starts
10:30am - Presentation of top 3 finishers (Half Marathon, 10K, 5K)
11:30am -All events cut-off
1:00pm -Event concludes
EVENT VILLAGE
Enjoy live entertainment in the event village pre and post race, as well as on course entertainment to keep you motivated while racing.
Relax with post event activities to cool down.
Keep the kids entertained in the family zone, where there will be plenty of kids' activities available.
Hang around post race for coffee and food from our vendors.
Shop the BCNA merchandise stand and Sole Motive retail for race day essentials.
Take race day snaps at the photo wall, branded with Carman's Fun Run and Carman's Kitchen. Tag @solemotive and #CarmansFunRunSydney2025 to go in the draw to win some great prizes.
Spend time in BCNA’s Mini Field of Women and write a tribute to someone you love who has been affected by breast cancer.
