CARMAN'S FUN RUN SYDNEY 2025
RACE DAY PILATES RECOVERY SESSIONS
We’re thrilled to team up with Body By Berner at this year’s Carman’s Fun Run Sydney to bring you three energising Pilates sessions across the morning on Sunday, 21 September.
Body By Berner does fitness differently. Founded by Bernadette Sukkar, they believe exercise should excite you, not feel like a chore. Their sessions are designed to leave you energised, not exhausted, and to work out your mind as much as your body. With a unique blend of Pilates, Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork, they create an uplifting environment where every ‘body’ – at every fitness level – feels welcome and empowered.
Sign up today to secure your spot and make sure you don’t miss out. Mats are provided, so there’s no need to bring your own.
Please note: Each session is FREE to attend and limited to 50 spots, so register your attendance now.
