COURSE MAP
A flat 1 lap course, Starting on the Sydney Harbour foreshore at Darling Island, the course heads around Darling Harbour and following the sparkling waterfront north along the picturesque promenade. On the return, you’ll retrace the harbour’s edge back towards Darling Island Push strong through the final kilometres as you make your way to the finish line in Metcalfe Park – a memorable end to a truly stunning harbour run.
Elevation: 7 metres.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Age limits
All children under the age of 8 years old must be accompanied by a guardian. The child’s guardian must be entered in the event.

Wave Starts
9:30am - Priority: If you run under 5min/km pace.
9:33am - Wave A: If you run 6-7min/km pace.
9:36am - Wave B: If you run over 7min/km pace.
5K event cut off
11:30am
Will there be an awards ceremony at the end of the event and how will the top 3 place getters be awarded?
Yes, placegetters will be awarded based on gun time rather than the adjusted time for each run (net time). Trophies and prizes will be presented to participants post-race.

Portable toilets in the event village, public toilets on course.
Clothing storage
Clothing storage is available during the run/walk. Your race number features a tear-off strip for you to attach to your backpack or clothing bag. Do not leave any valuables in your bag as we cannot accept responsibility for valuables lost or stolen.
We no longer offer single-use plastic bags at the bag drop, so please remember to bring your own bag to the event.
