    9:00am - Wave A and Priority:
    This wave is suitable for you if you are able to run under 6min/km pace.
    9:05am - Wave B:
    This wave is suitable for you if you run 6-7min/km pace.
    9:10am - Wave C:
    This wave is suitable for you if you run over 7min/km pace.

    COURSE MAP

    A flat 1 lap course, that takes you along Pyrmont Bay, past Jones Bay Wharf and Pirrama Park with iconic Sydney views throughout, and returning to Metcalfe Park to finish.

    General Information

    Age limits

    All children under the age of 8 years old must be accompanied by a guardian. The child’s guardian must be entered in the event.

    11:30am

     

    Will there be an awards ceremony at the end of the event and how will the top 3 place getters be awarded?

    Yes, placegetters will be awarded based on gun time rather than the adjusted time for each run (net time). Trophies and prizes will be presented to participants post-race.

    Event Guide will be available closer to race day.

     

    First Aid

    Available in the event village and roaming the course.

     

    Toilets

    Portable toilets in the event village, public toilets on course.

     

    Clothing storage

    Clothing storage is available during the run/walk. Your race number features a tear-off strip for you to attach to your backpack or clothing bag. Do not leave any valuables in your bag as we cannot accept responsibility for valuables lost or stolen. 

     

    We no longer offer single-use plastic bags at the bag drop, so please remember to bring your own bag to the event.
