We regret to inform you that the Harvest Run 2022 will not be going ahead as scheduled due to lower than expected demand for the event.
As a family owned and run business committed to the running community for over 40 years, we are disappointed to not be running through the Yarra Valley with you this year. However, we look forward to seeing you at one of our many other upcoming events.

COURSE MAP
The 5km run/walk course is an out and back course starting at Yarra Valley Racing Centre. Participants will run down Armstrong Grove before turning left on to Healesville Yarra Glen Road they will turn around at Yarra Glen Bypass where there will be a drink station and then double back to finish at Yarra Valley Racing Centre.

5K Participants:
Parking is available in the member’s car park at the Yarra Valley Racing Centre (racecourse). Access from Melba Hwy.
TICKETED BUS SERVICE TO EVENT
Jump on board our 57-seater return buses from Richmond Station to the Yarra Valley Racing Centre and let us take care of the rest.
Secure your seat before Monday, 11:59PM 9 October.
$40 Per person. Limited spots available.
ROAD CLOSURES
Healesville Yarra Glen Road will be closed from 7am until 12 noon if you are heading from Healesville to Yarra Glen.
River Street – from Healesville Kinglake Road to Green Street will be closed from 7am until 10am.
Bustimetable (Richmond Station)
6:45am – Depart Richmond Station.
8:15am – Arrive 5K start line, Yarra Glen
8:45am – Arrive 13.5K start line, Healesville
12:30-1:00pm – Depart Yarra Valley Racing Centre
2:00-2:30pm – Arrive Richmond Station
The bus stop is located on Swan St directly in front of the station exit. Please arrive 10 minutes before your departure time. The bus will not be delayed. Please bring proof of your ticket to gain access to the bus, your name will be marked off a list before you board.

General Information
Age Limits
All children under the age of 8 years old must be accompanied by a guardian. The child’s guardian must be entered in the event.

5k starts: 9:00am
5k rolling start closes: 9:20am
5K Road Cut off
Participants must reachArmstrong Grove by 11.30am.
Will there be an awards ceremony at the end of the event and how will the top 3 place getters be awarded?
Yes, placegetters will be awarded based on gun time rather the adjusted time for each run (net time). If any runner wants to place in this event, they must start in the first wave. Medals will be presents to participants post-race. Approximately 30mins after the winner of each distance finishes.

Located every 2.5km on the course.

Will be available to download closer to the event.
Clothing Storage
Clothing storage is available during the run/walk. Your race number features a tear-off strip for you to attach to your backpack or clothing bag. Do not leave any valuables in your bag as we cannot accept responsibility for valuables lost or stolen.
We no longer offer single-use plastic bags at the bag drop, so please remember to bring your own bag to the event.
