    We regret to inform you that the Harvest Run 2022 will not be going ahead as scheduled due to lower than expected demand for the event.

     

    As a family owned and run business committed to the running community for over 40 years, we are disappointed to not be running through the Yarra Valley with you this year. However, we look forward to seeing you at one of our many other upcoming events.

    COURSE MAP

    Start:  River St, Healesville (between Church St and Glenfern Rd)

    Finish: Yarra Valley Racing Centre, Yarra Glen

    Participants start on River St and turn right onto Healesville Kinglake Rd. From there they will turn left onto Healesville-Yarra Glen Rd and run on the westbound lane towards Yarra Glen. They will continue along this road until they turn right into Armstrong Grove before finishing at the Yarra Valley Racing Centre.

     

    Water will be provided at 3-drink stations course (approximately every 3-4km) and also at the start and finish lines

    Parking is available in the car park opposite Healesville Bowling Club and on the streets around River St, Healesville. 

     

     

     

     

     

    TICKETED BUS SERVICE TO EVENT

     

    Jump on board our 57-seater return buses departing from Richmond Station to the Yarra Valley Racing Centre and let us take care of the rest. 

     

    Secure your seat before 9 October 2022.

    COMPLIMENTARY 13.5K SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE

     

    Return buses will be taking 13.5K participants from the Yarra Valley Racing Centre (finish line and Event Village) to River Street, Healesville (start line).  

     

    Buses will start from 10:15am and will run approximately every 30 minutes until 1:30pm.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    ROAD CLOSURES

    Healesville Yarra Glen Road will be closed from 7am until 12 noon if you are heading from Healesville to Yarra Glen. 

     

    If you are doing the 13.5km event and have people watching you at the start line then heading to the finish line, please advise them to head back to Yarra Glen via the Maroondah Highway. This detour will take up to 35 minutes. 

     

    River Street – from Healesville Kinglake Road to Green Street will be closed from 7am until 10am.

    6:45am – Depart Richmond Station.

     

    8:15am – Arrive 5K start line, Yarra Glen

     

    8:45am – Arrive 13.5K start line, Healesville

    2:00-2:30pm – Arrive Richmond Station

     

    The bus stop is located on Swan St directly in front of the station exit. Please arrive 10 minutes before your departure time. The bus will not be delayed. Please bring proof of your ticket to gain access to the bus, your name will be marked off a list before you board.

    Participants must be 12 years + on race day.

    5K Road Cut off

    Participants must reach the following intersections by the times stated below: 

    Old Healesville Rd: 10.30am 

    Armstrong Grove: 11.30am 

     

    Will there be an awards ceremony at the end of the event and how will the top 3 place getters be awarded?

    Yes, placegetters will be awarded based on gun time rather the adjusted time for each run (net time). If any runner wants to place in this event, they must start in the first wave. Medals will be presents to participants post-race. Approximately 30mins after the winner of each distance finishes.

    Will be available to download closer to the event.

     

    Clothing Storage

    Clothing storage is available during the run/walk. Your race number features a tear-off strip for you to attach to your backpack or clothing bag. Do not leave any valuables in your bag as we cannot accept responsibility for valuables lost or stolen. 

     

    Clothing storage is available for the 13.5K event which starts in Healesville. A truck will be taking all items to the finish line so it is ready for you to collect upon completing the race.  Clothing must be dropped off no later than 8:30am to ensure it will arrive at the Yarra Valley Racing Centre upon participants finishing.  

     

    We no longer offer single-use plastic bags at the bag drop, so please remember to bring your own bag to the event.
