Take on a flat and fast 5K through Australia's capital.
The race heads out along Flynn Drive before turning back towards Parliament House and the final run to King Edward Terrace.
The final stretch brings runners onto King Edward Terrace, where the atmosphere builds and supporters cheer you all the way to the finish line.

5K starts: 8:30am
5K start closes: 8:50am
Any participant who plans on running under 4min/km can apply for a priority start at the front of the start. Please upload your "proof of results when you register".
8:20am - Wheelchair Wave
8:30am- Priority:
For male runners aiming to finish the race in under 20 mins and female runners aiming to finish the race in under 23mins.
8:30am - Wave A:
For runners aiming to finish in under 30mins.
8:35am - Wave B:
For runners aiming to finish in above 31min+.
8:50am - Start line closes
8:50am - All participants must have crossed the start line
10:00am - All participants must have crossed the Finish Line (5km)
Located approximately every 2.5km - 3km on the course.
Please note that FIXX Nutrition is the electrolyte supplier.

Place getters will be awarded based on gun time rather than the adjusted time for each run (net time). Trophies and prizes will be presented to participants post-race.
NOTE: Age group medals will be posted to the Top 3 placegetters in the following age groups 2-3 weeks after the event
