Registered participants for events that are postponed due to COVID-19 by the state or local health authorities are automatically transferred to the rescheduled date. For those that the new date does not work, we will allow deferrals to the event in the following year.

What if I am unable to get to the event due to COVID-19 restrictions?

Any affected participants will be offered an event credit to the value of their entry (including additional purchases), this must be applied for pre event day.

Will there be an awards ceremony at the end of the event and how will the top 3 place getters be awarded?

Yes, placegetters will be awarded based on gun time rather than the adjusted time for each run (net time).

Trophies will be presented to participants post-race. Approximately 30 mins after the winner of each distance finishes.

How will I be timed on day?

All runners will be timed. If you wish to receive a finishing time all participants must wear their RACE BIB. Your Race Bib contains a disposable timing chip, if you don’t wear your bib, you won’t receive an official time.

Where can I find my results?

Unofficial results are live as you cross the finish line. Official results are available online from 10pm.

Participants who have nominated to receive SMS results and have paid an additional $2 will receive two SMS messages, one as they cross the finish line and then a second text will with their official time around midday, and finishers will receive a certificate via email.

    What is net time?

Net time is the time the participant crosses the start line until they cross the finish line. This is how results are displayed on the website, and will be used to award aged category places.

These times are for participant information only and are not used to determine place getters. Placegetters are determined by gun time – the first three male and females across the finish line.
