Explore the beautiful Macedon Ranges on this scenic 13.5K course. Starting at Hanging Rock Racecourse, you’ll head out along picturesque country roads, taking on rolling terrain before making your way back towards Hanging Rock.
With 182 metres of elevation , there are plenty of climbs to challenge your legs along the way. Finish with a loop around the iconic Hanging Rock before returning to the racecourse and soaking up the finish-line atmosphere.

Participants must be 12 years + on race day to enter.
Location: Straws Lane
Start time: 9:25am
Start line closes: 9:45am
All participants must have crossed the finish line by 12:00pm.
Located approx. every 3km on course.
Specific locations will be available closer to the event.
Event Guide will be available for download closer to the event.
Yes, placegetters will be awarded based on gun time rather than the adjusted time for each run (net time). If any runner wants to place in this event, they must start in the first wave. The top 3 place getters in men and women will receive a medal and prize pack post-race.
Yes, all participants in the 13.5K will receive an event medal at the completion of the event.
You can order a MiTime in the entry process if you would like it engraved with your finish time. (You will receive this approx. 2 weeks after the event).
Take the hard work out of getting there and let us do the driving for you. We are offering a return bus to the event from Richmond Station for $49 and a one way bus for $28.
The bus will leave Richmond Station at 6:15am, getting you to the Event Village at around 7:30am.
The bus will leave the Event Village at 12:15pm, returning to Richmond Station around 2:00pm.
