GENERAL INFORMATION
Age Limits
All children under the age of 8 years old must be accompanied by a guardian. The child’s guardian must be entered in the event.
Start Line
Beach Road at Green Point, Brighton
5K Racing Wheelchair starts: 9:10am
5K starts: 9:15am
5K start closes: 9:30am
5K Wave Start Times
9:20am- Priority:
This is for runners aiming to finish the race in under 22min.
9:23am - Wave A:
This is for runners aiming to finish the race between 21min-30min.
9:26am - Wave B:
This is for runners aiming to finish the race in above 31min+.
9:40am - Start line closes
Kilometre Markers
The kilometre markers for the 5K will be coloured ORANGE.
Toilets, First Aid Post, Drink Stations
There will be drink station located at approximately the 2.5km mark.
Please note that FIXX Nutrition is the electrolyte supplier.
FIXX Nutrition Electrolytes will be available.

Wheelchair Information
Racing Wheelchair: If you are a racing wheelchair, please contact timing@solemotive.com to secure your spot. The racing wheelchair wave will start approximately 5 minutes before the official 5K start – 9:15am. Please be at the start line no later than 8:55am.
Non-Racing Wheelchair: Sole Motive accommodates wheelchairs in our event. If you’re not a Racing Wheelchair Athlete, please start at the back of the final wave in your event.
Will there be an awards ceremony at the end of the event and how will the top 3 place getters be awarded?
Yes, placegetters will be awarded based on gun time. If any runner wants to place in this event, they must start in the first wave. Medals will be presented to place getters from the stage post race.
