Breathtaking views and long stretches of open road will have you powering through the SPHM course. The event starts at Green Point, Brighton and takes you along Beach Road down to Sandringham to return home to the finish line in a flash.

Clothing storage is available in the Event Village. Look for the ‘Bag Drop’ marquee.
Your race number features a tear-off strip for you to attach to your backpack or clothing bag. Do not leave any valuables in your bag as we cannot accept responsibility for valuables lost or stolen.
Drink stations are located on course and at the finish line, they will be spaced approximately every 2.5km. The Half Marathon turnaround point will provide both water and Bulk Nutrients electrolytes.

If you are a racing wheelchair please contact info@solemotive.com to secure your spot. The racing wheelchair wave will start approximately 5 minutes before the official Sole Motive accommodates wheelchairs in our events.
If you’re not a Racing Wheelchair Athlete, please start at the back of the final wave in your event.
At this stage there will be no entries taken on the day of the event. Online entries will remain open until 3pm, 27 February 2021. At the event site on Saturday 27 February from 12 noon to 3pm Race pack Collection will be available and entries to the event on Sunday.
For the purpose of Race Bib collection, please make sure you bring your e-ticket with your Race Bib number on it.

There are three options to collect your race kit:
Option 1 – Postage: If you wish to have your race pack posted to you, you must register before 11:59pm, 18 February 2021. Please note, a delivery fee of $8.95 applies.
Option 2 – Pickup from Sole Motive Retail 170 Queen St Melbourne:
If you wish to “collect from the Sole Motive store”, you must register before 11:59pm, 18 February 2021. Race packs will be available for collection from 12:00pm, 19 February 2021 until 5 pm 25 February 2021.
Option 3 – Pickup at the event site:
If you registered after 11:59pm 18 February 2021 you must collect your Race Pack at the event site on Saturday 27 February 12 noon-3.00pm OR Sunday 28 February from 6:00am . If you registered before then but cannot collect your Race Pack from the Sole Motive store you can also collect it as listed above.
There will be feather kilometre markers throughout the course. These will be located every 1km.
Due to the requirements set outby DHHS, there will be no pacers available in 2021. You can collect from the Runner’s World marquee a pace band to assist with your pacing for the Half Marathon and 10k events.
If restrictions change we will update participants as soon as the information is available.
To be granted a priority start you must provide two race results where you have achieved the following times or better within the last 24 months.
